San Diego, CA - October 29, 2004 - Chassis Plans today announced that Kathleen Winer has joined Chassis Plans as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Winer will assume responsibility for finance and accounting functions, enhanced ERP implementation, as well as developing infrastructure and systems to support the continuing significant growth at Chassis Plans.

Ms. Winer was most recently Controller at Biosite Incorporated. Previous to Biosite, Ms. Winer was Vice President of Finance at Kontron America after their purchase of ICS Advent (formerly Industrial Computer Source) in October 2001. Prior to her promotion at Kontron, Ms. Winer had served as Controller for ICS Advent as well as Itronix, both of which were held by the parent company Dynatech.

Chassis Plans continues to build their management team by adding seasoned professionals from the computer industry. "Kathleen and I worked together on many projects at ICS Advent, and I am impressed by the breadth of her capabilities and strengths in financial management that she brings to Chassis Plans," said Mark Lovett, President of Chassis Plans. Ms. Winer obtained her CPA certificate while working as a Staff Accountant for Deloitte & Touche. She is a graduate of San Diego State University.
