Raytheon is using a Chassis Plans' CPR-2017 LCD keyboard in communication shelters deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq. The shelters are returned to the US for scheduled refurbishment because the environmentally hostile working conditions the equipment is subjected to beats things up pretty badly.

We clean off the coffee, Coke and dirt and refurbish to as-new condition (these systems get rode hard), then return them to the customer for redeployment.

Goes to show Chassis Plans LCDs are tough!
