		Marc DeMatteo General Manager Mr. DeMatteo joined Chassis Plans in 2005. He is a seasoned Operations Manager with 15 years of experience in leading operations and manufacturing teams. His experience includes building ruggedized military and commercial hardware for laptops. Mr. DeMatteo also has a wide range of experience in the manufacturing of custom design imbedded circuit boards and assemblies and industrial rack mounted commercial and military computer chassis while working at Advent Designs and ICS/Advent. He was Co-founder and Director of Operations of Advent Design Inc. that was sold in 1997 to Dynatec. Advent Designs was merged with Industrial Computer Source to become ICS/Advent. His responsibilities include operations, manufacturing, purchasing and quality assurance. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1984 with a degree in Business Finance.
		David Lippincott Founder, Chief Technologist Mr. Lippincott, 53, founded Chassis Plans in 1997 as a design firm specializing in rugged industrial computers. In 2001, Mr. Lippincott reformed Chassis Plans with his partner, Steve Travis, in order to manufacture and integrate those same types of computers, with special emphasis on air flow, heat dissipation, and shock & vibration mitigation. Prior to founding Chassis Plans, Mr. Lippincott was cofounder and Engineering Vice President of Industrial Computer Source, a $100M company, which manufactured industrial computers and products. Mr. Lippincott has a degree in Aerospace Engineering Science from the University of California, San Diego, and has spent his career in industrial computing systems, industrial control and computer design.
		Steve Travis Founder, Vice President Mr. Travis, 37, formed Chassis Plans, along with his partner Dave Lippincott, in 2001. Prior to forming this partnership, Mr. Travis spent three years as the owner and partner of a computer service company, Incite Network Solutions, that provided hardware, software and IT support to a wide spectrum of clients in the San Diego area. Mr. Travis' previous experience includes management and ownership of other start-up ventures.
