 2U Military Grade Computer System

Chassis Plans offers the R2U20xx 2U Rugged Harsh Environment Computer System as fully defined and configured off-the-shelf rackmount system solutions. Three high performance motherboards are offered providing different processor/chipsets and slot options. Models providing three horizontally mounted plug-in cards with a riser board or seven vertically mounted low profile plug-in cards are offered. The rugged industrial computer components comprising these rackmount systems are best of breed and have been carefully selected, tested and qualified for high performance, reliable operation, and long product availability. The processors and chip sets have been specified from the Intel Roadmap for assured multi-year availability. Five high reliability cooling fans are provided and are controlled by Chassis Plans' SysCool® proprietary Intelligent Fan Controller to extend fan life and minimize fan noise.

4U Rugged Military Grade Computer

The R4U20Axx and R4U26Axx family integrated computers are fully configured computer systems with revision controlled long life motherboard, drives, and power supply. The installed components have been selected and tested to assure high reliability and long program life availability. The chassis system is Chassis Plans' R4U-20A for ATX motherboards and R4U-26A for larger EATX motherboards industrial grade ultra rugged 4U designs. The chassis are constructed of aircraft grade aluminum with a milled aluminum front panel for exceptional strength and low weight. This system offers a front door with an installed air filter to protect the drives and other components from dust. Two 92mm ultra high reliability cooling fans are provided and are controlled by Chassis Plans' SysCool® proprietary Intelligent Fan Controller to extend fan life and minimize fan noise.
