Configured Long Life System Solutions
 We find the biggest problem our customers face in program deployment is limited lifetime availability of commercial off the shelf components spec'd into projects. The lifetime of a typical commercial motherboard is 6 months to a year. Our Long-Life Configured Systems are built upon our Long Life Industrial Motherboards with enterprise level drives and other components. This means we can supply the same exact configuration for 5 years or more. Total life time system cost is significantly reduced because of the elimination of re-qualification costs.

4U Configured Systems
 M4U-19A Systems are ultra rugged and reliable. The chassis and components are made of 5052 aluminum alloy. The front panel is milled from a solid aluminum billet. Redundant power, hot swap drives, and high-performance Single Board Computers are standard features offering a solution perfectly tailored to the required application. Components are long life and made in the US with guaranteed 5 year availability.

Integration Spotlight - Long Island Railroad
 Chassis Plans is providing Long Island Railroad a COTS/Industrial™ 4U rackmount solution. These 4U systems are installed in track side equipment vaults subject to high vibration from passing trains. A modified version of the COTS/Industrial chassis with tailored vibration control components was selected by Long Island Railroad after an open contract competition. Of 50 integrated systems shipped since August, 2007, only 1 has been returned for repair and that was because they poured lubricating oil into the power supply. These systems include US manufactured Long Life components including an ATXP-945G motherboard with 3.4GHz P4 for assured system consistency.
