For added flexibility and capacity, the M2U20xx 2U Military Grade Rack Mount System is available as a fully configured, off the shelf option. End users may select from three high-performance motherboards – each offering an assortment of chipsets, slot options, and other necessary features. Select models accommodate three horizontally mounted plug-in cards with a riser board, or seven vertically mounted, low-profile plug in cards.

All critical components to this military grade computer system are of the highest quality and have been vetted through rigorous testing procedures. They are designed to outlast and outperform lesser models and will perform reliably for years. All processors and chipsets have been certified by the Intel roadmap to assure multi-year availability. To ensure consistent and safe operation, five high-flow cooling fans are utilized and are controlled by Chassis Plans’ proprietary SysCool® Intelligent Fan Controller.

The M4U20xx and M4U26xx series of industrial embedded PC’s are designed to deliver the ultimate in reliability and long-term performance. Sporting revision-controlled long life motherboards, drives, and power supplies, each component has been selected and tested to ensure flawless compatibility and seamless integration.

Two distinct chassis designs are employed – based on the user’s choice of either an ATX motherboard, or larger EATX. The M4U20 is married to the ATX motherboard, while the larger M4U26 is reserved for EATX use. Both platforms are rugged, military-grade 4U designs. While incredibly durable and robust, using aircraft grade aluminum components, along with a milled aluminum front panel, allows weight to be kept to a minimum.

As a fully configured, incredibly durable, embedded industrial PC – the M5U22xx series of PC’s are built to last and engineered to perform. Sporting revision-controlled, long life motherboards, drives, and power supplies, the M5U22xx family utilizes componentry that is designed to work seamlessly. The M5U22xx accommodates EATX and EEATX motherboards, as well as backplanes with up to 20 slots.

Chassis Plans builds each M5U22xx inside a military grade, ultra high strength aluminum chassis, with a milled aluminum front panel for durability and low weight. Each enclosure utilizes a redundant power supply and employs Chassis Plans’ proprietary SysCool® Intelligent Fan Controller. This controller reduces fan noise and dramatically enhances the overall service life of the cooling system.
