CUSTOMER SUPPORT PAGE
Chassis Plans proudly stands behind the quality of our products and is committed to world-class post-sale technical service and support.
Please contact your original Sales Engineer at (858) 571-4330 for all support questions. Lifetime phone support is provided for all Chassis Plans products at no charge. You can also contact Customer Service or email email@example.com.
Chassis Plans can refurbish your computer systems and LCD displays to as-new condition. Computers are subject to a variety of age-related issues such as dust accumulation and wear on rotating parts such as fans and hard drives. Fans have a limited life and should be replaced on a proactive basis. Power supplies in particular should be proactively replaced to prevent unanticipated downtime. Keyboards in LCD keyboard consoles can wear out or become hard to use due to sticky keys as debris falls into the keyboards.
Use Chassis Plans as your maintenance depot to keep your equipment running reliably. We'll rebuild the systems, replacing the age-worn components, burn in the system, and perform complete diagnostics. We can even perform the same maintenance on other vendor's systems.
Contact your Sales Engineer for complete details.
Return Material Authorization
An RMA number is required for all returns and repairs. Should one of our products need service, your Sales Engineer will issue you an RMA number that is valid for 30 days.
When returning an item for repair, do not include accessories such as manuals, software or cables unless requested to do so.
Our standard policy is to provide depot repair or replacement for defective parts. If cross shipment of a replacement part is authorized by your Sales Engineer, you will be invoiced for that part. Once the defective part has been returned to us, a credit will be processed and applied to your account.
Credit Return Standard Products
When returning an item for credit, please send everything that was included in the original shipment, including manuals, software, cables, and the packaging. Products which are incomplete or show signs of damage or abuse may be subject to a restocking fee. Products returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products returned after 60 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
For all returns, regardless of the reason, the packaging must provide adequate protection against the possibility of damage in shipment and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Any unauthorized return will be rejected.
Returned items must be received by Chassis Plans in 'as new' condition.
Opened software products are not eligible for return unless defective in which case they will be replaced with like product.
Credit Return Non Standard Products
Any product which has been designed and manufactured to meet a unique customer specification, whether it involves the modification of a standard product or is an entirely new design, is considered a Non Standard Product and may not be returned for credit.
Our intent is to process returns within five business days, though repairs may take longer.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products to our warehouse, whether for repair or credit. Chassis Plans assumes responsibility for the outbound shipping costs.
All returns shall be sent to:
Chassis Plans, LLC
Attn: Customer Service
